Thursday Thanks

It’s just been a rough week and I’m not exactly feeling thankful today, which I suppose all the more reason to intentionally practice gratitude. So here we go:

  1. I am thankful that we got to swim yesterday and today.
  2. I am thankful for sweet children who are lots of fun.
  3. I am thankful for my husband who always makes me feel smart,funny and attractive.
  4. I am thankful for my family and friends.
  5. I am thankful for previous level-headed-ness and smart decisions that allow me to not freak out now. or not excessively anyway.
  6. I am thankful for the chance to wait for something that’s right.
  7. I am thankful for opportunities given.
  8. I am thankful for the internet, and the wonderful connections I’ve made because of it.
  9. I am thankful for my optimistic spirit and persistence.
  10. I am thankful for distractions.
