wellness wednesday-the very first one

There must be something in the air in Birmingham today. Something we can breathe now that all the pollen’s been washed away. The desire to lose weight, get healthy and cheer each other on while doing it!

I need to lose 52 pounds and want to do so in a year! Really, I’d be perfectly fine with losing 30 pounds. There’s a free hearth health day at my gym tomorrow and I’m going to take advantage of it. I will use that information to develop a specific plan. I will post those plans next Wednesday, and progress on those goals each Wednesday.
